Refund Policy

Refund policy for ShipNext one-time source code purchases.

Last updated: 2026-06-04

Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for purchases of ShipNext ("we," "us," or "our"). ShipNext is sold as a one-time digital source-code product. Because the value of the product is the private codebase itself, refunds are handled differently from returnable physical goods.

Effective date: 2026-06-04

Please Ask Before Accessing the Code

Before purchasing or requesting access to the codebase, please review the product page, documentation, included features, technical stack, license terms, and any available demo materials carefully.

If anything is unclear, contact us before code access is granted. We are happy to answer reasonable questions about what is included, how the codebase is structured, which providers are supported, and whether ShipNext is a good fit for your project.

Code Access Is Non-Refundable

Once access to the ShipNext codebase has been granted, the purchase is final and non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

"Code access" includes, but is not limited to:

  • Receiving access to a private repository
  • Receiving a download link, archive, or source-code package
  • Accepting an invitation to view or clone the codebase
  • Receiving credentials, license materials, or instructions that allow access to the source code
  • Cloning, downloading, copying, or otherwise viewing the source code

Because source code can be copied immediately after access is granted, we cannot revoke the delivered value in the same way a physical product can be returned.

Before Code Access Is Granted

If you purchased by mistake and have not received or accessed the codebase, contact us as soon as possible. We may review the request and, where reasonable, cancel the order or issue a refund before code access is provided.

Refund requests made before code access should include:

  1. The email address used for purchase
  2. The order ID or payment receipt
  3. The purchase date
  4. A short explanation of the request

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided when:

  • Code access has already been granted
  • The codebase has been cloned, downloaded, copied, viewed, or otherwise accessed
  • The request is based on a change of mind after access
  • The buyer did not review available product information before requesting access
  • The buyer expected custom implementation work, custom integrations, or consulting not explicitly included at checkout
  • The buyer is unable or unwilling to configure their own environment, provider accounts, deployment settings, or product-specific business logic
  • The account or access was suspended because of a violation of our Terms of Service

Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged twice or that a payment was processed incorrectly, contact us promptly. Verified duplicate charges or billing errors may be refunded even if they are separate from the general code-access refund rule.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. If a dispute is opened after code access has been granted, we may provide evidence of product delivery, repository access, download access, or related fulfillment records to the payment processor.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If the law in your jurisdiction requires a different refund or cancellation right, that mandatory law will apply.

Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies unless otherwise required by law.
